i made a eevee evolution deck with tynamo and im not competing very well with mewtwo and darkrai and keldeo and rayquaza ex clashes with my deck its fire electric i have a fire and water

haha yeah, though I will suggest (specificly works against Keldeo) putting PF Leafeons in there, as you only need 1 colourless energy to use his attack which is designed to hurt opponents with alot of energies attached to them (+20damage for each energy), this combined with x2 weakness on Keldeo works well.
