My public offers window is always blank. PLEASE HELP!

I cannot see any public trade offers, even with the box unchecked for being trades I can complete.. I have tons of cards, and when I first started I could see them. A few days in nothing. I have tried reinstalling and using a different account.. Has anyone else ran into this, or have any ideas?

I have looked into your account and cannot find any reason for your problem. The best course of action here is to send a ticket in to the support team for further investigation. I downloaded it onto my other computer and still not able to see public trades.
