EDIT: Actually, I went over Forum Rules and FAQ and didn't find anything objecting the use of links. So, here it is.

Ignore the Headline since I'm very bad at coming up with those :P Any answers are appreciated.

Part 2: Buffing Special Conditions

Category 1: Abilities

20) Contagion: "If your opponent moves their active Pokémon on their bench either by retreating or using an ability, move all of its special conditions to the new active Pokémon. "

Why: It gives you a way to stop Keldeo and Darkrai's way of rendering Special Conditions almost meaningless.

Note1: All other ways of removing special conditions (All items, Abilities and Attacks that shuffle your Pokémon to your deck, return to your hand or KO it) Would still work as normal.

Note2: Aside from situations where you are against Keldeo (or one of the few other Ability users that can switch your Pokémon), buff only affects burn, poison and confusion. That's because you can't retreat while you are asleep or paralyzed anyway!

Category 2: Rule changes

21) If your Active Pokémon is Confused and you try to retreat, flip a coin. If tails, retreat fails and you can no longer retreat this turn.

Why: Confusion is way too underpowered. Although the effect of 50% chance to fail to attack and damage yourself on top of that is significant, it's too easy to get rid of.

22) If your Active Pokémon is Confused and you try to retreat, flip a coin. If tails, retreat fails and you can no longer retreat this turn. Additionally, if you attack while confused and flip heads, that Pokémon is no longer confused.

Why: This is an alternative for 22 that tries to avoid making Confusion too strong in certain circumstances.

Part 3: Miscellaneous

Category 1: Energy

23) Safety Energy: © This energy cannot be discarded, returned to your hand or moved to another Pokémon by any effects of Attacks, Abilities or Trainers. It can't be retrieved from the discard pile by any means.

Why: Just a neat gimmick that could even be useful in some situations. Besides, there's never too many different special energy.

Category 2: Rule Changes

24)The player who goes first can't use supporter cards on their first turn.

Why: To reduce the going-first advantage that determines the game way too much.

Thanks for reading! And triple thanks if you answered! :D
