Need help regarding daily award

Hey, this is my 3. day, so I have just unlocked the 5 booster packs, but how do I gain acces to these new cards?

They dosen't seem to appear in my collection nor then I try to create a new deck.

Booster packs should appear under "Packs" in Collection. If they don't I suppose try sending a support ticket in.

It seems that you have some displaying issue. Try to change game client resolution and see if you can see your decks. Also update your computer systems: Adobe Flash, JavaScript, Pilot...etc. All the update would help your machine to operate better in general.

 

If you still experiencing that issue, you will have to submit a ticket to Pokemon Support.

I am having the exact same problem
