Decent dark deck that could be better

I think my deck works pretty well, but I need a smoother build to get it flowing better. The time it takes to get set up kills me when I'm going up against those ridiculously cheap EX/legendary cards, which is 8/10 times I play. Can somebody give me some advice on how to improve it, please?

More draw supporters would be the key thing. You're also running three stage two lines, so Rare Candy would be massively helpful - with that many Stage Twos, you probably want to be running all four Rare Candy. If you can get your hands on more Professor Juniper, N, Professor Oak's New Theory, Bianca, Cheren or even Bill they should all help. You might want some more consistent search cards, too; Ultra Ball, Level Ball and Heavy Ball don't require coin flips, so they might work out better for you.
