You won't need all 4 Eelektrik, and Thundurus doesn't have enough damage output for the current meta. Also, with no way to search out any of your Eels you're going to struggle to get set up. Personally, I'd tweak it to look like this:

Monsters (14)

4 Tynamo (Thunder Wave)

3 Eelektrik (Dynamotor, duh.)

2 Mewtwo EX

2 Zekrom

1 Raikou EX

2 Tornadus EX

T/S/S (33)

4 Juniper

4 N

2 Skyla

3 Random Receiver

1 Computer Search

4 Pokemon Catcher

3 LevelvBall

3 UltravBall

2 Switch

1 Super Rod

1 Tool Scrapper

2 Skyarrow Bridge

3 Eviolite

Energy (13)

9 Electric Energy

4 Double Colourless Energy

This is a very standard Eels list post BC, and shoudl be a good starting point. You run seven searchers alongside your skylas to make sure you get Eelektriks set up as quickly as possible. Dopping the Thunduruses for the same reason as above, I've added a second Tornadus EX to help against opposing Terrakions and Landorus EXs, due to it's resistance to Fighting. I've dropped one Zekrom because three is too many: You really don't need more than 2 of any attacker in an Eelektrik build unless you know it's really going to help in a match-up; something Zekrom doesn't do.

I replaced the Cherens with Skylas: Skyla gives you access to any card in your deck (by taking Computer Search), as well as crucial cards when you need them (Catchers, other Supporters if you're really backed into a corner) and is the reason we can get away with only running oen Super Rod and 1 Tool Scrapper: we can fetch them when they're needed. I also added an extra Random Receiver, because you really shouldn't have less than 13 supporters total, and adding an extra random receiver helps you get a draw supporter if you only have Skyla, or vice versa.

The main thing I've added, though, is searcher cards. LevelvBalls can be used to grab both Tynamos, and Eelektriks once you have the Tynamos down. These give you an almost guaranteed Eelektrik by turn 2. UltravBall lets you discard two cards to find any pokemon. Discarding two cards is useful in itself: you can drop an Electric energy so you have something to Dynamotor on the next turn, AND you get any pokemon you want. 3 of those should give you the rest of the search power and discard outlets you need to really speed your deck up.

Let me know if these changes were useful, and wether they work for you :)
