Freeze at 99%?

I've been experiencing a weird bug. When I log in and click Play Now, the screen with the big pokeball appears with the percentage in the middle, I assume this is a loading screen. Well it moves along fine until it gets to 99%, then freezes. I've waited for a while, tried different browsers (Safari, Firefox, Chrome) all with the same result. I am running Mac OSX 10.6.7. Anybody else having this problem?

Tried that, didn't work. Guess you have to cross your fingers and hope too. <img src="http://www.pokemontcg.com/javascripts/fckeditor/editor/images/smiley/png/regular_smile.png" alt="" />

In my opinion, the loding screen takes alittle to long. I have said this before, and i will say it again, this reminds me a lot of CHAOTIC :-)

I dont freeze at 99% but I beat the first two cups and when I tryed to start the last cup I gives me "TypeError: Error #1010" and its in a blue box instead of the pokeball. I assume its due to being beta.

What browsers are you guys using where the refresh worked? I've been trying Firefox 4 lately and that doesn't seem to be working.

I'm also using Firefox 4 browser, and when this problem occurs, I hit refresh, if it's not helping i'm keeping the window open for about 3-5 minutes.

 

Never waited longer so far.

Happens to me a lot... a couple times I had it say something about security not letting something happen i'll try and get that back up. I just spam refreshes until it goes past 99%.

I'm using Safari and you have to refresh it once or twice. Don't worry though, after a couple of times it'll go.

Yes, refreshing is a known workaround for this, however; I also wanted to let you know that the Pokemon team is aware of the problem. They are working to get things running smoothly as soon as humanly possible.

 

 

 

In the meantime...please contact the support team at support@pokemon.com[/url] to let us know that you are having this issue. Some things that will be helpful for us to pass along are the following:

 

  • What browser you are using
  • Have you attempted another browser? If so, which?
  • What kind of operating system do you have? Windows XP, Windows 7, Mac?
  • Is your Flash Player Updated?
  • Have you attempted to clear your browser's cache?

If there are any points above that you don't understand, or aren't sure how to get...NO PROBLEM! Just let us know.
