Ok, i have unlocked all three basic decks and i can use the on versus mode, but i want to know how do i unlock new decks like nighthunter for example in trainer challlenge???

In order to obtain new theme decks for use in PVP and Trainer Challenge you'll have to go buy the specific theme decks. Only Red/Green/Blue theme decks are 'free' after being the Trainer Challenge. There will be a code in the specially marked theme decks (the mark looks like this: http://i.imgur.com/ZnfoC.png ) that you can use to redeem the theme deck on TCG Online. From there, you'll be able to use said theme deck on the Trainer Challenge. Hope that helps! :]
