I tried to take in a trade the Diamond Green Rayquaza Coin, but it was locked

Make sure the 'Like for Like' checkbox is unticked - sometimes that interferes with trading items. Or alternatively if you want to buy your own the Rayquaza coin comes in the Dragons Exalted theme decks. Not sure about the Palkia though. Hope that helps!
