Hm, I'd say it definitely needs work. First, there's hardly any consistency. Since you're running so many one-ofs, and not much draw or search, you're going to find it very hard to get the evolved forms of anything into play. You'll be a lot better off picking fewer evoltion lines, and runnng more Pokémon - for example, instead of running

1 Raichu

 

1 Shinx

 

1 Luxio

 

1 Deerling

 

1 Sawsbuck

 

 

 

you'd be a lot better with

 

 

 

3 Pikachu

 

3 Raichu

 

 

 

Also, you're running a lot of different types there; in fact, you don't even have the energy for some of them! (You're running Umbreon and Zoroark with no Darkness energy at all, for instance). Unless you have very good energy fixing limit yourself to only one or two different colours, and your deck will be a lot more consistent.

There are water-type energy cards that can do some serious damage on the benches, and darkness energy can pack some punch, too. Wait, does the starter have any- uh oh.

a good deck should only have like 12-16 pokemon and 12_15 energy 15 being a lot! the rest should be support

right now with the cards people are going to run a lot of fighting,water,and darkness decks so mybe build a deck to counter.
