Deck Issues - anyone else?

My boyfriend redeemed his theme deck (DragonSnarl) online last week (Wednesyday), but it never showed up in his deck list online. I read that this is a common problem before it even happened to him, so we reported it right away, but now it has been over a week and nothing has changed. So I wanted to know if anyone else has had this problem! If you have, was it resolved, and how quickly? After finally getting him into the game, it sucks that he can't use the deck he bought.

When you say "his deck list online" do you mean the PCD-files tab in the deck manager?

 

I'm asking because some people don't check their collection in the packs section to first open the theme decks before they can be used.

It never showed up in the packs section OR under his decks, but was marked as redeemed. Support claims this is an issue with his redeeming the code on the website (which I don't remember him doing, but whatever) but that's about all.

Then you need to send a ticket to the programmers and the Profs.They should be able to get it up and running.I had like 8 decks that showed up after their 2nd or 3rd to last maintenance.I opened them all and sent them to collection.THey should appear in the collection and in your 2nd deck zone as well as challenge mode at TC.But,send the ticket describing the issue and they should be able to fix.Be sure to send as much exact info as possible.Later.
