Friend adding

I apologize if I missed a sticky or something about this but can you not add friends for this game? I can't click the 3 person Icon in the top of my TCGonline program and I see no other way to add them. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

Didn't deem myself the right person to be awnsering your question, seeing as I have added no friends myself yet,

 

but I believe I've heard that there's a way to select people you see in chat and add them as friends.

 

The downside to having only that method would be that you and your friends would need to be in thesame chatroom at thesame time.

Thanks for the respone Kyoujuu. That's the problem is I don't even have the ability to go to a chat room. That 3 little person Icon is completely greyed out. I emailed support days ago but I have yet to hear anything. Do you happen to know why I show up as Guest1483205 instead of my actual username? Once again thanks for the reply.

We are aware of issues like the one you're describing. However, there are multiple possible explanations, leading to multiple possible solutions.

 

 

 

You say you emailed support about your question, and while you should be receiving a reply shortly, I can also suggest that you send a ticket directly from your account. Instead of email, which is intended only for players unable to access their accounts, Pokémon Support requires that you submit a ticket through the support portal once you have logged into your account.

 

 

 

You should receive a response as soon as possible after your ticket has been received.

Prof_Magma thanks for the response, I mis-spoke when I said I emailed, I did use the portal to submit the ticket. But I realize you guys are very busy with this Beta so I will give it a few more days. Thanks.
