Chat broken

So I heard that chat isn't working for everyone and it has something to do with my username having a space in it or something. My chat is broken and I don't have a space in my username (I'm pretty sure I don't at least). I sent a ticket to support on the 4th and I haven't gotten a response so I'm here on the forum to find out if anyone has found a fix for this yet
