Deck Redemption error!

as of last night I was having no problems with the code redepmtion system, today while i was waiting for the server to come back online i decided to go buy the theme deck "Dragonsnarl" dragons exalted deck, and it came with the digital unlock code. So i went to the website to unlock it, entered the code, redeemed it making the code un-usuable but my deck has not shown up anywhere. I've tried refreshing the client a few times, logging out and back in, waiting and nothing it's almost as if my deck has disappeared into cyber space. Very upsetting and would greatly appreciate assistance with solving this issue. thanks

Did ya look at your collection to see if the cards from that theme deck were added? There has been an issue with the theme decks not showing, but the cards from the decks being added. Either way, you should contact our support team, as they can access the accounts and games to help assist you better.
