Which EX pokemon come from codes and which come from packs?

Are they one-in-the-same? I know some EX pokemon, like Zekrom, can be redeemed with a code. Can he also be found in the booster packs also? I haven't seen a code for Mewtwo or Rayquaza, so I assume they are booster pack only. Does anybody have a good list of which come from codes and which from boosters?

 

Additionally, I've posted a lot of questions on this forum on account of being new to the game. On other forums, there is the option to change your topic heading and contents. That way, you are just revising your original topics and not making a bunch of new topics every day. I just figured I'd ask, since I didn't want to floor the forum if I didnt need to. There are promo tins coming out later this month that will have Mewtwo EX, Darkrai EX, and Rayquaza EX, along with boosters and redemption codes. So while they're not available purely as codes yet, you'll be able to get them soon enough. Other EX pokemon besides Zekrom and pals are booster-only.

As of right now, only 3 Pokémon-EX can be redeemed through coes, being Reshiram-EX, Zekrom-EX and Kyurem-EX.

 

Every other EX that exists is a booster only EX.

 

However as falang stated, sometime this month new tins will be coming out featuring Darkrai-EX, Mewtwo-EX and Rayquaza-EX. These tins will also come with the codes to get these EXs online.
