Are you able to use Theme Deck cards in other decks?

I purchased a couple Theme Deck codes on Ebay and I see the theme decks under the Trainer Challenge, but was wondering if you can actually use the cards from those theme decks and put them in your own custom decks under the deck manager.

Yes once you unlock all the cards for that deck in trainer challange

 

 

 

But it seems some decks are not unlocking properly

Yes you are able to use cards from your purchased theme deck to create custom decks for PvP. Some users have had an issue with decks being transfered to the new client, but redeeming codes now have no issues.

im not able to use my raiders deck in deck builder, PvP,...

 

^^i know how it works but still no deck
