Missing all of my promo code pokemon - preciate any help

I purchased a bunch of promo pokemon codes online, including Mewtwo, Zoroark, Zekrom etc. I had probably 10 in total or so. I had them before they changed to the new trainer challenge. Now they are gone. When I checked my card collection, they aren't there. Any of them. I don't know if I kept the actual cards or not, so I don't have the original codes. I do have the transactions still on Ebay though. The only other thing I could think of to prove I purchased them was that I believe they all came with some type of avatar item, like a shirt or a figure that your avatar could hold. Anyway, I can't remember how to access the original avatar I made for the trainer challenge. I need to get in there and make sure I still have those little action figure items. That way I'll have my proof that I purchased those. I'd appreciate any help or advice people have if they've experience something similar since they transferred to the new version.
