I hope what you have here isn't an attempted deck and you are looking to add these cards to a deck. I assume you may be new and don't have many cards. That won't be to big of a problem because you can make some good improvements to the basic yellow deck that everyone has. First lets take a look at the Basic Yellow Deck.

<div>Its not going to be a super competitve deck but it should prove to be more powerful then the Basic Yellow as is. When you get some more packs consider opening Next Desinies or Heart Gold/Soul Silver to get som Double Colorless Energy. They will prove to be a big enhancement with Zekrom. I hope this was helpful to you and when you get some more cards that fit better in the deck make the adjustments as they come and replace the less useful cards.</div>

If he was going to go after Double Colorless Energies he should get Next Destinies seeing as HGSS was just rotated out of the format and Next Destinies can give you Mewtwo EX one of the best cards in the game.
