extra pokemon for decks?

I'm wondering if there's any way to get EX cards and such other than buying booster packs or trading? also please can someone lead me to a tutorial for the trading feature?

i dont think there is a one...and trading is down right now, anyway. and there's most likely no other way to get EX cards than trading or buying the booster packs/theme decks. which, theme decks dont seem to be working right now, either. sorry.

depending on what region you are in, you can get ex's out of special tins. they have already released zekrom, kyurem, and reshiram tins and they are about to release darkrai, mewtwo, and rayquaza tins within a few weeks. also soon to be keldeo tin from freeze bolt should be released a bit earlier than the actual set but who knows what the plan is for when they release keldeo online.
