Why i can't play with my 2 decks registered- HELPP

I have 2 decks in portuguese and i registered corretly, but i can't play with then. I just have permission to use the thunder deck that i have starded. What i do?

To access your theme decks, log into the Pokémon Trading Card Game Online client and go into your Deck Manager. Below the "Search" bar, you will see an option to choose theme decks. Once you click on "Theme Decks", you will be able to choose the theme decks that you have in your collection. If you are unable to find your theme decks, I recommend submitting a ticket to the Support team so that they can investigate this issue.
