HELP!!!!

For starters i downloaded trainer challenge and have never been able to see my opponent or my decks in the selector for two i had to beat the whole trainer challenge without being able to see my deck or my discard pile or even my starter pokemon unless i clicked see playmat i put a deck code in and i have my deck i have redeemed 4 booster credits and have yet to even see my booster packs i cant build or reconstruct my deck in any way and i have no selections at the top of my screen accept to shop also i cant veiw my profile but idk if thats due to construction. i have no idea how to play online. im i just lost or am i not supposed to play this game????

sounds like your computer specs arent high enough to properly display the game. the loading problems are because the game is going to v2. your packs should be fine. i would give them about a week to try to get everything working.

thanx for the quick reply and yea i got an email saying the same thing i didnt know you needed such an uuber computer to play this game lol do you know how to play online?

Hey Cashed,

 

Problems with not being able to see your cards or having a pink/purple look to them is a result of an old graphics card driver. Please update your driver in order to resolve the issue. Thanks!

i have an intel pentium dual cpu e2220 @2.40 Ghz 5gigs of ram windows vista 64 bit and i have the intel G33/G31 Chipset family

you should be good to go then. like ezio said, make sure your drivers for your graphics are up to date.

i just did right now and it says they are all up to date and i tried uninstalling and then reinstalling as well as re downloading lol im stumped
