where do i get the tcg open beta

see i have the single player challenge but i cant use any of the deckbuilders or collection or trade help!!!!!!!

 

and how do i get the multiplayer open beta thingy

The Deck Builder, Collection, and Trade function is currently unavailable for the downloadable client at this time. All these functions will be available, along with the much anticipated return of PvP, very soon. Look to the following post for the exciting news/update:
