Does anyone have a Ditto with Max IVs?

As the title says, I'm looking for a Ditto with 31 IVs in all stats. If you do I would be interested in trading it with you.

It's basicly a number between 0 and 31 for each stat, and the higher it is, the better that stat is. Look at Marriland's advaced breeding guide, it explains it better than I can.
