Redeem codes by webcam not available?

I can't seem to find where to redeem codes by webcam anymore... is this currently unavailable, or am I doing something wrong?

Hello NarcoticHobo,

 

The webcam feature is up and running. If you are unable to get a webcam redemption to work I recommend that you type in the codes manually.

I'm not having trouble getting it to work, I'm having trouble finding it period. It is not on the redeem codes page located at pokemontcg.com/redeem
