EV Training and More Advanced Training Methods! I NEED HELP!

Alright, to start this off, I've never EV trained or performed selective breeding (other than trying for shinies! XD)

I know how EVs work, but I haven't dived into IVs and nature/behavior selectiveness. I want a quick way to see an overview of my Pokemon's EVs. I think it would be awesome to kick my friend's butt unexpectedly, as I usually use normally trained Audino-beaters (extra EXP FTW!)

Thanks for the tips!

There isn't a way to see your Pokémon's EV's right off the bat. The easiest way to do it, is start with a newly hatched Pokémon, and get a pen and paper and for every Pokémon you beat, or Vitamin you give it, mark it down with a tally mark. There are a couple of things that make this easier. Pokérus, and the various bands, because those give extra EV's. It's a long and tedius process but well worth it when you see those stats rise to their max, of course, they can only rise to their max if your Pokémon has 31 IV's in the desired stat you are EV training for.

Serebii.net has a really good article on there, but I can't link to it on here.

There is someone ingame who tells you about the IVs of a pokemon. He is in Gear Station. And another will tell you if a Pokemon has max EVs but I don't remember where they are

The IV guy is in Gear Station, the EV lady is in Opelucid City. The EV lady only tells you if they're maxed out or not, not an exact measure.

I never really focus on IV's because I have terrible luck with eggs and its hard enough just getting the right nature (uuuuuggggghhhh getting HP Rock on modest petilil *shudders*)

I have GREAT luck with eggs. HP Ice on a Naive Mienfoo with 31 Speed IVs, after like 3 eggs. Just trying for at least 1 perfect IV is easy, because of the Power items. 2 becomes a bit more difficult, 3 requires some luck, and I've never attempted more than that.

Let me be more specific. Is there an application I can download on my computer to make EV training easier? Or online or something. I know Serebii has an IV calc.
