I do believe you've all the top tier decks I've heard of at the moment. Whatever Japan's top decks are winning competitions, will most likely take over here elsewhere.

One of the hardest things we will have to adjust to is the absence of PONT. Although Bianca and Cheren will be a mild substitute, they both have no real comparison to PONT..REPRINT!!!!

Do you have any advice for how I should resource my booster points for the BW-on rotation? I am not sure which expansion packs will be rotated out, and whether or not to save up my points. Thanks, looking foward to this rotation!

Garbodor has an Ability that states that if there is a Pokemon tool out [on Active-Benched Pokemon], all abilities other than this one cannnot be used. The plan is to attach a Pokemon tool and trainer lock the opponent to avoid Tool Scrapper problems with 1 of the 2 current trainer lockers available in the format.
