issue with thecode from the McDonalds kids meal

i got the code from the McDonalds kids meal but it won't give me the card deck that i should have gotten. is there any way to get it?

The deck will come only in the Trainer Challenge, but if you aren't seeing it there, please sumbit a ticket to support as outlined below in my signature.
