How do I unlock the deck editor and my collection?

When I'm playing the game the deck editior and collection buttons are greyed out. How do I unlock these? Also I bought a pack, put in the code, got my booster token then bought an online booster. How to I find that in the game? I'm having some real trouble with this. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hey Bane,

 

the Deck Builder and Collection is not yet available in the new downloadable client. You can access these features by going to pokemontcg.com/tcgo. You can open your packs and boosters in the Packs tab on the Collection. For updates and news, be sure to pay attention to the Front Page posts and News sections of the Forums.

So basically, only the three basic decks can be used currently in the Trainer Challenge? Not a problem, as I am on the last trainer of the City Challenge even with only having the basic decks available... when will we be able to use the collections themselves? The start of the open-multiplayer beta?
