Kanto: Lavender town

 

Johto: Blackthorn city/ Azalea town (Both the same song I think)

 

Hoenn: Lillycove city (Only 'casue it's the only song in ruby/sapphire I can remember :P)

 

Sinnoh: Oreburgh city

 

Unova: White Opelucid city.

 

 

 

All in all, I'd have to say I like the music in Unova the most.

Red/Blue/Yellow had my favorite music only because I grew up with it. However, I do like Pearl/Diamond's music aswell mostly because it was a new region, so they could put whatever they wanted in it. In Heart Gold/Soul Silver the revamped version had Kanto and Johto, which caused them to change the music the Kanto regions. However they fixed it by letting you get the original music for Kanto if you got all 8 badges.

Region: Unova (Sinnoh is right under there.............)

 

Kanto: Lavender Town

 

Johto: Cianwood City (I know a lot of people hate this one)

 

Sinnoh: Champ Battle (Oh yeah big Suprise), The Great Marsh (Lalalalalalalalalalalalala Lol)

 

Unova: Too many that I can't even THINK of all of them, my top 3 are Driftveil City, Elite Four Battle and Route 10 (I have no clue why but I just like Pokemon music with this sort of tune!)

You played Diamond at 8? Man I feel old. I was playing Yellow at age 8. I got pearl around 12 or 13
