Does anyone know who has done the voice of James?

Originally it was done by Ted Lewis (first couple of episodes, he's the voice of Tracey), Next Eric Stuart until Pokemon USA fired all the good guys, and now it says Carter Cathcart or Billy Beach (he has a lot of stage names) he's the voice of Gary, and has been the only one on EVERY season of Pokemon. or so it says.

No those three gentlemen I listed above have all done the voice of James.
