P.S. You should probably make some rules about moves like dragon rage or sonicboom.

Why?

Dragon rage always deals out 40hp, and in a lv.1 tournament that would be instant death. Sonicboom only does 20hp, but still it would be unfair to those who don't have these moves to use.
