Deck advice?

I wanted to base a deck around Eevee and Espeon. Would this be a good idea? Two of the specific cards I was looking at were Espeon from HS Undaunted which knew Solar Suggestion and one from Black and White Dark Explorers that knows Psy Report. Espeon is probably one of my favorite pokemon! =D

The Espeon in HS Undaunted had the move Solar Suggestion for one Psychic Energy. This attack lets you move 4 damage counters from Espeon to any of your opponents Pokemon in any way you like.

 

The Espeon from HS Undaunted also knew Psybeam, which does 30 damage and you flip a coin to see if you confuse the defending Pokemon as well.

Try playing with 4-4 Espeon line (3 HS Undaunted 1 Black and White Dark Explorers).
