one thing i forgot was the strategy the main strategy is to stall with cobalion and use reuniclus to move damage to zekrom and reshiram to use outrage for a second attacker

Reuniclus without vileplume is an easy catcher target. Before you can even move damage onto your zek and reshis your Reuniclus is gone. I would strongly suggest adding vileplume to your deck.

thats a lot of rare Poke'mon! maybe it could be a rare pack, or special adition like what they sometimes have a convintions. but if their were a surplus of these then it would take the fun out of opening a pack and finding a legendary.

to me the fun is winning tournaments not opening packs but if finding legendaries in packs is fun for you then good for you we all have things that we find fun from

So engineers adjustments can go as can emcees chatter, energy retrieval, energy exchanger, and interviewers questions. Add 2-3 Prof. Oaks New Theory and add 3 Cheren

i understand the engineers adjustments and energy search but why cilan it searches out energy and with the little amount of energy this deck has it gets to a point where i get no energy

Well It is better to run more than one if your going to do that! so maybe take the N out and add 1 Cilan and still take the engineer and energy search for a couple Cheren
