I need help on making a good pokemon team

I've tried and tried and tried to make a good pokemon team so that i can beat people at online battles on my DSi

 

I'm hoping someone can give me tips on how to improve or give me tips on how to win battles

 

My party is as follows

 

1) Heatran: lvl 79 Moves: fire blast, Earth power, Iron head, Lava plume, Ability: flash fire, Held item: Metal coat

 

2) Ludicolo: lvl 55 Moves: mega drain, Blizzard, surf, Rain dance, Ability: swift swim, Held item: leftovers

 

3) Regirock: lvl 86 Moves: rock slide, stone edge, earthquake, thunderbolt, Ability: clearbody, Held item: Razor claw

 

4) Salamence: lvl 100 Moves: dragon claw, draco meteor, fire blast, fly, Ability: intimidate, Held item: Kings rock

 

5) Lucario: lvl 54 Moves: aura sphere, bullet punch, dark pulse, force palm, Ability: Justified, Held item: razor fang

 

6) Landorus: lvl 71 Moves: earthquake, Fissure, sandstorm, fly, Ability: Sand force, Held item: none

 

 

 

These pokemon are not for trade AT ALL, and the lvls don't really matter as all online battles are set to lvl 50

Hmm, first of all, if you plan on entering tourny's on here, level them up to 100.... Second of all, choose between Regirock, Landlordus, or Heatran, and get rid of the one you choose. Second, replace Ludicolo with Gastrodon, and the legend you ditched for T-TAr....THis will make a good sand team if you put your effort into it
