Changes for Build 0.0.73

 

  • Graphics
    • Screen Name font has been updated.
    • Attack actions pop-up window has received several cosmetic updates including font, capitalization, and size.
    • The text for the Play Now! button in the Trainer Challenge in French now fits within its box.
    • Magnifying glass size has been improved.
    • Magnifying glass always appears on the player’s side of the card.
    • Updated scroll bar throughout the game.

     

    [*]Functionality

    • Updated the card zoom button.
    • Game summary dialog has been updated.
    • X button on mulligan reveal now closes the mulligan pop up.
    • The coin flip animation is no longer shown if the user turns the option off.
    • Zooming in on a Pokémon now shows cards that are attached to it.
    • New installations now have the appropriate security certificate and will not show patches or installs are from an unknown source.
    • Users redeeming clothing codes will no longer receive erroneous pop-up messages about booster unlocks.
    • Players can use the magnifying glass function to zoom in on opponent’s Active and Benched Pokémon.
    • Game Summary Screen has been updated.
    • Game Log and Rewards are currently unavailable.
    • Addressed issue with cards vanishing under the playmat.
    • Searching the discard and deck should now support choosing whether to distribute the selected cards to unique destinations or all to the same destination.

     

    [*]Cards

    • Steelix (HS: Unleashed #24) has been given Psychic Resistance.
    • Energy Healer (Onix – HS: Unleashed #56) no longer heals other Pokémon when an Energy card is attached to Onix.
    • Bolt Strike (Zekrom – Black & White #47, BW: Next Destinies #50) no longer deals self-inflicted damage before dealing damage to the Defending Pokémon.
    • Rocky Helmet (BW: Noble Victories #94) no longer triggers when attached to a Benched Pokémon that receives damage from an opponent’s attack.
    • Mysterious Evolution (Karrablast – BW: Noble Victories #8, Shelmet – BW: Noble Victories #11) can be used if the corresponding Pokémon are in the deck.
    • Leap Frog (Politoed – HS: Unleashed #7) now allows a Benched Water Pokémon to be switched with the Active Pokemon.
    • Corsola (HeartGold & SoulSilver #37) can use Recover even if it has no damage counters.
    • Corsola (HeartGold & SoulSilver #37) can only discard Water energy to pay Recover’s attack cost.
    • Thunder (Ampharos – HeartGold & SoulSilver #14) new deals 20 damage to the attacking Pokémon when Tails is flipped.
    • Umbreon (Call of Legends #22) can now evolve from Eevee (HS: Undaunted #47).
    • Daunt (Beartic – BW: Noble Victories #37) now reduces damage from attacks by 20 on the following turn.
    • Dark Patch (BW: Dark Explorers #93) no longer allows a player to select Special Darkness Energy.
    • Afterburner (Typhlosion – HeartGold & SoulSilver #110) now searches the player’s discard pile for Fire Energy.
    • Pokémon Center (BW: Next Destinies #90) can only be triggered by a player if he or she has at least one damaged Pokémon on the Bench.
    • Psybeam (Espeon – HS: Undaunted #4) is now triggering a coin flip.
    • Sleep Inducer (Drowzee – HeartGold & SoulSilver #62) will no longer put the Defending Pokémon to sleep if there are no Pokémon on the Bench to switch to the Active position.
    • Electrode (DP: Stormfront #37) now has 80 HP.
    • The game no longer locks up if two Heads are flipped for Dual Ball (HS: Unleashed #72) but only one Basic Pokémon remains in the deck.
    • Hot Snort (Torkoal – HS: Unleashed #25) no longer presents the player with an unnecessary prompt.
    • Protect Body (Staraptor – DP: Stormfront #27) now reduces damage from Stage 2 Evolved Pokémon by 20.

     

    [*]Decks

    • Explosive Edge deck now unlocks properly.

Known Issues for Build 0.0.73

 

  • Graphics
    • Energy cost is not appearing in the tooltip for attacks.
    • Tooltip for Forfeit match appears with the old tooltip container.
    • The achievement for obtaining the last Prize card has a placeholder image.
    • The Concede confirmation prompt window overlaps the coin flip animation when both are open at the same time.
    • The magnifying glass button is partly obscured by the player's hand when they have a hand of 16 or more cards.
    • Game Options and End Game screen stack.
    • A visual indicator that the player's Pokémon are effected by a played Plus Power is absent.
    • The top Pokémon in a stack of cards is larger than the other cards.
    • Trainer cards from HeartGold & SoulSilver are laid out incorrectly.

     

    [*]Functionality

    • If a card is zoomed in the player’s hand and the user toggles to another card and right clicks the new card, it does a fresh zoom.
    • The Attach Energy button remains visible after the player has selected an Energy to attach to their Pokémon.
    • A "CANCEL" button is not present when the player is prompted to choose between 2 different Energy to Retreat their Active Pokémon.
    • The player is shown a coin flip animation when selecting heads or tails to see which player goes first when coin flip animations are turned off.
    • Minimizing the game window after logging in causes the game client to lock up.
    • The "Remember username?" box on the login screen cannot be unchecked.
    • Retreating an Active Pokémon is handled in an incorrect order.
    • The player is only able to select one View Deck window filter at a time.
    • Coin flip results window lacks information regarding why the coin was flipped.
    • Special Condition animations are not displayed if the Pokémon they affect is knocked out at the same time they gain the Special Condition.
    • Locking your computer, or the computer going into sleep mode will cause the game to lock.
    • The player is unable to undo a Retreat of their Active Pokémon.

     

    [*]Cards

    • Attacking with Mysterious Evolution (Shelmet – BW: Noble Victories #11) while Karrablast is not in play still allows you to search your deck.
    • Attacking with Mysterious Evolution (Karrablast – BW: Noble Victories #8) while Shelmet is not in play still allows you to search your deck.
    • A single Double Colorless Energy (BW4 #92) is unable to be used to meet the requirements of discarding Energy for Charizard's (DP7 #103) Fire Spin.
    • Nidoran ??? (HGSS4 #70)is missing the male symbol.
    • Nidorino (HGSS4 #46) is missing the male symbol.
    • A black line is missing from underneath the words "Darkness Energy" and "Special Energy Card" for the title and energy type for Darkness Energy (HGSS3 #79).
    • You can repeatedly retreat and play Torkoal until the Burn is applied.

     

    [*]Decks

    • Unlocking at least one card for a non-Basic PCD changes the deck box art and name text to incorrect values.
