where do you get the basic decks?

where do you get the basic decks? i just instaled the trainer challenge, and i cant find them.

Any theme decks that you have available in your collection, will appear in the Trainer Challenge. Remember to check you "Packs" tab in order to add any decks that you have available, to your "Collection".
