What Trainer Cards work to draw out EX's?

What trainer cards work to pull an EX out of your deck? I thought they were treated like Basics? When I use like a pokemon communication or a heavy ball it never lets me select my Zekrom EX card. I don't have one online but what about the pokemon collector has anyone use that with luck getting an EX out of their deck?

The ex might be glitched, and sometimes it acts like an trainer card...try use xtrancevier or others XD
