  • Graphics

    • Achievements have been updated.
       
    • Coin flip animations and messaging have been updated.
       
    • An ‘Exit’ option has been added to the discard window.
       
    • The amount of damage healed from a Pokémon is now displayed.
       
    • Information on pop-ups now matches the text on a card.
       
    • Damage now appears on a card as soon as it has been attacked.
       
    • The action pop-up has been updated.
       
    • The VS page now displays Energy icons for a Trainer’s deck.
       
    • Energy icons display on the Trainer Select screen for Trainers that have been previously defeated.
       
    • The login screen has been updated.
       
    • Attacks with an Energy cost of zero now display a dot in place of the Energy cost.

     

     

    [*]Functionality


    • When a Pokémon is retreating, the game will automatically select Energy to be discarded to pay the retreat cost if the Pokémon has only one type of Energy attached, or if the Pokémon has the same amount of Energy attached as is necessary to retreat.
       
    • Using the side bar to retreat a Pokémon will no longer prompt a second option to retreat.
       
    • The Play button in the menu bar will be disabled while a player is in a match.
       
    • Players can click anywhere on the screen to skip attack animations, coin flips or card pop-ups.
       
    • Players can now use the attacks, Abilities or effects on a card while zoomed.
       
    • Cards that pop-up after being played will now auto-dismiss after 5 seconds. If the player left-clicks anywhere on the screen or clicks the OK button during that 5 second window, the pop-up will be dismissed.
       
    • Game loading times have been improved.

     

     

    [*]Cards


    • Interviewer’s Questions (HS: Unleashed #77, Call of Legends #79) will now show the selected Energy cards to the opponent.
       
    • Barbed Fangs (Basculin – BW: Next Destines #30) will now allow a player to use that attack, even if the Defending Pokémon has no damage counters on it.
       
    • Leaf Tailor (Leavanny – BW: Noble Victories #3) will no longer attempt to apply its effect to non-Pokémon cards.
       
    • Espeon (BW: Dark Explorers #48) will no longer prevent a Pokémon from being knocked out.

     

     

    [*]Decks


    • Foil cards in the Basic Red, Basic Blue and Basic Green decks have been corrected.
       
    • The Explosive Edge theme deck is now named correctly.
       
    • The unlocks for the Raiders theme deck are now working correctly.

Known Issues for Build 0.0.71

 

  • Graphics
    • Magnifying glass icon appears too small.
    • The top Pokémon in a stack of cards is larger than the cards below it.
    • Prize cards do not fit inside the Prize card area.
    • Opponent’s Benched Pokémon are positioned incorrectly on the playmat.
    • Prompt text is scaling incorrectly when moving Pokémon from Active to Bench.
    • 1680x1050 resolution is cutting off areas of the playmat.
    • HeartGold & SoulSilver Trainer cards are laid out incorrectly.
    • Special Condition animations are not displayed if the Pokémon they affect is knocked out at the same time they gain the Special Condition.
    • Various cards contain illegible pink text stating “Don’t apply Weakness and Resistance to Benched Pokémon.”
    • Placeholder fonts in place in several areas.

     

    [*]Functionality

    • Locking your computer, or the computer going into sleep mode will cause the game to lock.
    • Missing some localized text on non-English versions of the login screen.
    • A player’s username is not remembered when the “Remember username?” box is checked.
    • The “Remember username?” box cannot be unchecked.
    • Players can undo recently played cards by selecting them on the playmat.
    • No visual indicator for an active effect on a card.
    • Retreating an Active Pokémon is handled in an incorrect order.
    • AI plays cards at a very fast pace.
    • Achievements are activating before the triggering effects resolve.
    • Coin flip results window lacks information regarding why the coin was flipped.
    • Player is unable to undo all Trainer card actions.
    • Prompt for Energy selection when retreating contains placeholder text.
    • Player cannot undo or cancel retreating their Active Pokémon.
    • Auto-sort for player’s hand is missing.
    • Mulligan order is incorrect.
    • Coin flip text should appear prior to the coin flip.
    • Improve multi-target attack interface.
    • Improve zooming on Pokémon.
    • Improve discard pile view.

     

    [*]Cards

    • Umbreon (Call of Legends #22) cannot evolve from Eevee (HS: Undaunted #47).
    • Energy from Heat Acceleration (Ninetales – HS: Unleashed #20) allows Energy to be attached to more than one Pokémon.
    • Leap Frog (Politoed – HS: Unleashed #7) has no effect when used.
    • Eviolite (BW: Noble Victories #91) does not reduce damage the self-damaging effects of Backward Belt Throw (Hariyama – HS: Undaunted #14).
    • The instructional prompt for Blindside (Honchcrow – HS: Undaunted #15) contains placeholder text.
    • The instructional prompt for Whirlwind (Honchcrow – HS: Undaunted #15) contains placeholder text.
    • Afterburner (Typhlosion – HeartGold & SoulSilver #110) searches the players deck for Fire Energy, rather than the discard pile.
    • The instructional prompt for Find a Friend (Oddish – HS: Undaunted #60) contains placeholder text if no Grass Pokémon remain in the deck.
    • The instructional prompt for Energy Exchanger (HS: Undaunted #73) contains placeholder text.
    • Dark Patch (BW: Dark Explorers #93) allows a player to select Special Darkness Energy.
    • Sleep Inducer (Drowzee – HeartGold & SoulSilver #62) puts the Defending Pokémon to sleep if there are no Pokémon on the Bench to switch to the Active position.
    • Corsola (HeartGold & SoulSilver #37) cannot use Recover unless it has at least one damage counter.
    • Bolt Strike (Zekrom – Black & White #47, BW: Next Destinies #50) deals self-inflicted damage before dealing damage to the Defending Pokémon.
    • Players can use Pokémon Center’s (BW: Next Destinies #90) healing effect when there are no damaged Pokémon on the Bench.
    • Protect Body (Staraptor – DP: Stormfront #27) is reducing damage from Stage 2 Evolved Pokémon to 0.
    • Thunder (Ampharos – HeartGold & SoulSilver #14) deals 30 damage to the attacking Pokémon when Heads is flipped.
    • Rocky Helmet (BW: Noble Victories #94) is triggering when attached to a Benched Pokémon that receives damage from an opponent’s attack.
    • Low Kick (Timburr – Black & White #59) attack name displays as placeholder text.
    • Mysterious Evolution (Karrablast – BW: Noble Victories #8, Shelmet – BW: Noble Victories #11) cannot be used if the corresponding Pokémon are not in the deck.
    • Electrode (DP: Stormfront #37) has 90 HP.
    • Leaf Tailor (Leavanny – BW: Noble Victories #3) continues to affect a player’s Pokémon after Leavanny is no longer in play.
    • A single Double Colorless Energy (HeartGold & SoulSilver #103, BW: Next Destinies #92) cannot be discarded to pay the cost of Fire Spin (Charizard – DP: Stormfront #103)
    • Daunt (Beartic – BW: Noble Victories #37) does not reduce damage from attacks on the following turn.
    • Defender (HS: Undaunted #72) contains non-errata game text.
    • Game locks up if two Heads are flipped for Dual Ball (HS: Unleashed #72) but only one Basic Pokémon remains in the deck.
    • Psybeam (Espeon – HS: Undaunted #4) is not triggering a coin flip.

     

  • Decks
    • Theme deck images are occasionally being replaced with generic deck boxes after the an unlock is earned for that deck.
    • Incorrect unlocks for the Explosive Edge deck after 8th and 9th wins.
    • No display of how many cards have been unlocked for a deck.
