quick help needed

ok, i had learned of this site a few months ago in january. at that point i had a few booster packs with the codes inside. i input the codes and i got credits. but i had the page loading problem. so i just got back on today and it works. although, i lost all the booster credits. is there any way i could get those back??

Go to pokemontcg.com/tcgo and check your collection if you have your packs. If not then send in a ticket to support.

Please submit a ticket to our support staff at support.pokemon.com and please include your username and your code redemption numbers. They will look into your account to make sure that any booster credits you are supposed to have are properly credited to your account.

thank. but i dont have the codes anymore. they are lost cuz i did it so long ago. when it wasnt working, i just threw them out. what should i do then?

I believe that the best thing to do would still be to submit a ticket explaining your issue so that the support team can investigate. You can click on Prof Steel's support link which will redirect you to the support page. Click on "ask a question" and submit your ticket.
