Why can't I use the new trainer challenge?

Since I installed it I can't play. It send me to a program and when I login there it doesn't advance. I already installed it 3 times and it always stucks in login. Any help?

I recommend submitting a ticket into the Support Team about this issue. It could be related to the space that you have in your screen name but that is just a guess.
