Access to own collection?

Just wondering is there still a way I can access the trade/ deck builder section I was able to access it and the computer vs my own deck page afew days ago but now i just can't figure out how, there doesn't seem to be a clear way?

 

 

 

P.S. I know maintenance's on but even before it i couldn't seem to find a clear way to look at my own collection.

btw,im so happi!!!i jus got my first local gym bagde!!!!the winning was a total surprise.im using cheap deck,omg.thank god my raichu paralysed my oppenent till deck out....woooootttsss!!!!
