Okay, is deck building not available right now?

I just got a deck and 4 booster packs at Walmart yesterday as my friends have convinced me to try playing pokemon with them. I noticed that there were codes to play online so I made an account here and registered my deck and 4 booster packs. It allows me to use my deck in the trainer battles. I used the 4 booster pack code credits to buy 4 booster packs but I can't find any deck builder anywhere or the cards that I got from the online booster. I have read other threads saying that you click on the "deck builder" button but I don't see that anywhere either. The pictures seem to be from an older version of the website or something. Can someone please help me understand this? Is deck building not available right now? I would like to use my 4 booster packs to build my deck or at least see what I got in my 4 booster packs!!!

Have you tried this? The deck builder is currently in here,

 

but lots of people still cannot see their collection, including me

Thanks for the link! I don't know how to get to that page without the link you gave me...nothing I clicked on the main page brought me there!

 

 

 

It says loading collection for me.

It takes a little while for it to load even with megabyte internet but it will load then click on the packs tab
