This deck runs too many slow pokemon. They will take at least 2 turns to set up and that is all based on luck. If you ever played a Darkrai EX, CMT, Zekeels, or Klinklang you will be destoryed if you cannot set up fast.

You have waaaaaaaay too many pokemon. My suggestion would be to narrow it down to only one of those types, and fill up the space with more trainer cards. You want good draw and search, like Professor Juniper, Professor Oak's New Theory, N, and Cheren or Bianca. You could also use heavy balls to search out your EXes, and you could throw in thins like revive, eviolite, super rod, and the like to protect and get back your pokemon. I would also probably only run like 10-14 energy.
