Hi,

 

I'm new to Pokémon TCG. I wonder what happens with and old expansion pack when a new comes.

 

Like now, "Black & White - Dark Explorer" is the newest expansion pack. Is the one before that - "Black & White - Next Destinies" useless now or what? Is it better cards in the latest expansion?

Usually, a new set doesn't make an old set useless, unless the new set begins a rotation - old sets become removed from standard play. Dark Explorers doesn't rotate Next Destinies out, so you both are usable at the moment.
