They are all Ultra-Rare (red-colored star) Not sure of their names (ND, FA, etc) since I'm rather new, but I'm looking for Dragon types, other rare cards, and starter sets of 3 (ex. Squirtle x3, Wartortle x2, Blastoise x1)?

Well it depends on whether he wants the cards or not, the offer is fair but the cards u are offering are sometimes not wanted that much so it depends on whether he wants them or not.
