I have a question about Versus AI decks

How do you get the decks like Mind Flood, Ember Spark, Growth Clash, Steel Sentinel, Chaos Control, Daybreak, Nightfall, Royal Guard, Verdant Frost, Retort, Recon and Night Hunter? They're not in the Shop of Pokemon TCG online so how do I get them? Do I also need a code for them? Pls reply!!!

Daybreak, Nightfall, Royal Guard, and Verdant Frost are unlocked via the code card found in the Prime Challenge boxes. They feature Espeon Prime, Umbreon Prime, Machamp Prime, and Yanmega Prime respectively.

 

The individual theme decks do NOT have a code card. Only the BW-on Theme decks with the flap at the top with the TCGO icon saying "Play this deck online!"do. A lot of people make that mistake and feel ripped off.

 

My guess is that the HGSS and HS Unleashed decks will never be obtainable, at least not on the current version. We'll have to see how the new Trainer Challenge works out but perhaps they'll be buyable online at a later time.

 

-Kooper, who believes the MSRP of the Prime Challenge boxes to be ~$20, which is decent for what you get. (3 pack credits, the Prime, an extra evo line, and the theme deck.)

Yes, same as with any theme deck (excluding the free Basic Red/Blue/Green decks).

 

Some online retailers do sell theme deck codes (including the Prime Challenge box codes) if you're averse to buying a physical theme deck.

this doesn't address the question at all. if you read what he posted instead of skimming through it you would see he said 'They're not in the Shop of Pokemon TCG online so how do I get them?'. now correct me if i'm wrong but maybe you should tell him some decks aren't available anymore instead of letting people buy old decks in hopes of unlocking them.

At this time, Pokémon does not offer a retail locator service or an online store.

 

Pokémon TCG products, and Pokémon licensed products are widely available at Toys 'R' US, Target, and Wal-Mart. In addition, our products are also available at many hobby retail stores and online stores.

 

Mind Flood, Ember Spark, Growth Clash, Steel Sentinel, Chaos Control, Daybreak, Nightfall, Royal Guard, Verdant Frost, Retort, Recon and Night Hunter are still available for purchase.

 

 

 

However only the Royal Guard, Verdant Frost, Daybreak, and Nightfall theme decks are available for use in the Pokémon TCG Online.

 

The Night Hunter Trainer kit is also available online with a TCGO code card redemption.

 

 

 

The Mind Flood, Ember Spark, Growth Clash, Steel Sentinel, Chaos Control, Retort, and Recon theme decks were never in the TCGO shop.
