How to stop DISCONNECTORS from ERROR BLUE SCREENING YOU.

Unfortunately while playing PTCGO some players prides just won't allow them to "concede" a match by hitting the concede button so alot of times they will disconnect, and to prevent you from getting a win they will blue screen you as you attempt to wait to see if they will re-join the match. Some players do, most don't preventing you from getting credited for your hard earned win. To counter this one simply needs to do the following. Once they disconnect, simply go to the bottom of the screen and click on the "Pokemon Trading Card Game Online" link. This will remove you from the game as well, but will return you back to the actual game a few seconds later thus renewing the initial time needed for your opponent to return. And if they do not return, at least you wont get the blue screen error messege, and now you can get credited for your win. Not sure if any of you already were aware of this or not, but in case you were not aware now you know, and knowing is half the battle *cues retro G.I. Joe theme music*. Happy gaming everyone.

The other day I played a game where I was pretty lucky and then my opponent disconnected when it became obvious that there was no way he could win. Then I got a message saying that I could choose to call it a draw or wait five minutes and then I would win. So I waited, and actually the loser came back at some point.

 

 

 

I did not get any blue screen error message. When does this error occur? When you say that "they will blue screen you" it sounds to me like the loser does something to make it happen. Can you explain more clearly what conditions causes the error?

What OP means is that if your opponent leaves and you wait the whole 90 seconds you will go to the end game stat screen but there will be a blue screen that wont allow you to do anything. You'll have to wait a couple minutes before you can go back to the menu screen and your win is voided because of the blue screen. Blue screen doesn't always happen but sometimes it does.
