Everything resets when moving computers.

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, I just seen other people post problems in this section and assumed it was the correct place.

 

I don't know if this is a known issue, or if it's just me who's having this problem.

 

I played this game last night and have done the first league in single player, gold If I remember correctly.

 

When I changed computers to my laptop and logged in to the game, everything was gone.

 

The opponents I defeated was back to 0, rather than 11, which it should be.

 

Also, when I go into my collection, or the trading page, none of the cards that I have aquired from playing the game are there.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what this can be?

No idea what happened, but one thing's for sure: moving computer shouldn't have been the cause. I have a new PC since a few months ago, and nothing got reset for me.

I have only been playing TCG online for two weeks, but I play on three different computers, and I have had no experience like that.

 

Are you sure you logged in to the same user account?
