Question About Binders

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but how do I see other players binders? I couldn't find any info on it anywhere else so this was my last resort!

 

Also how do I ensure that cards I put in my binder, stay there? At the moment, I'll put a load of cards in there, they'll be in there for a couple of days, then dissapear and I have to them back in again. I dont know if this is a bug, or something I am doing wrong? Thanks for any help.
