League is closed down (obviously) since multiplayer is shut down, I don't know if I'll return to the game in Ver2 to reopen the league, if I don't if anyone wants to take it over please let me know.

 

Background: I've been wanting to start a league with reliable leaderboard updates <img src="http://www.pokemontcg.com/javascripts/fckeditor/editor/images/smiley/png/teeth_smile.png" alt="" />

 

This is a league, not a tournament, meaning you can battle whoever you want (from the league), however many times you want.

 

Joning the league is completely FREE.

 

Prizes:

 

Each time a player reaches a certain amount of wins, they will recieve a prize. They will also recieve a new TOTAL title in the leaderboard.

 

5 / 10 / 15 / 20 wins = 5 prize cards (3 commons, 1 uncommon, 1 rare). Title: Ascension Novice

 

25 wins = random Baby Pokemon: Cleffa, Smoochum, Mime Jr., Magby, Elekid, Tyrogue, Pichu. Title: Ascension Scholar.

 

50 wins = random Pokemon EX: Zekrom EX, Kyurem EX, Reshiram EX, Shaymin EX, Regigigas EX. Title: Ascension Journeyman

 

100 wins = random full Pokemon Legend: HL, LL, ERL, RSL, SEL, KGL, RDL, DCL, PDL. Title: Ascension Expert.

 

150 wins = random Pokemon Prime: Ampharos Prime, Blissey Prime, Donphan Prime, Feraligatr Prime, Meganium Prime, Typhlosion Prime, Crobat Prime, Kingdra Prime, Lanturn Prime, Steelix Prime, Tyranitar Prime, Ursaring Prime, Espeon Prime, Houndoom Prime, Raichu Prime, Scizor Prime, Slowking Prime, Umbreon Prime, Absol Prime, Celebi Prime, Electrode Prime, Gengar Prime, Machamp Prime, Magnezone Prime, Mew Prime, Yanmega Prime. Title: Ascension Master.

 

200 wins = Mewtwo EX, random regular or full art. Title: Ascension Legend.

 

In the future more prizes will be introduced, so keep tuning in and racking up those wins!

Rules:

 

- Anyone can join, and the league is completely free!

 

- Players who wish to join the league must have at least 50 wins to ensure they are not just duplicate accounts trying to scam

 

- To find a TOTAL match, either post on this thread that you're looking for one, or try to find another TOTAL player in the chatrooms in game, mainly 'Trading Post' and 'Battle Challenge'. Once you meet up in a channel you decide on novice on expert, and one player then counts from 5 to 1 in chat, and both players try to click find game at the same time when the message '1' is sent, usually this will result in a match between the 2 players, if not, concede the match you were thrown into, and try again.

 

- If a player disconnects in Expert mode, the other player is required to wait for him to return, clicking 'draw' does not constitute a win.

 

- If a player disconnects in Novice mode, that player loses that match.

 

- Usage of banned cards or glitches of certain cards will result in a 5 day cooldown, just don't do it.

 

- You may not battle the same player twice in a row, if you do the win from that match does not count

 

- You may use any deck you want in each battle, so mix things up!

 

- You can only invite someone to a TOTAL match if they are in the league, do not post wins against players not listed here.

 

- After each match, either player must post the results of that match to this thread, and I will update the leaderboard accordingly.

 

- If a glitch in the game occurs, such as the double active pokemon glitch, the match is replayed. However if a player contests this glitch, the other player must provide proof by screenshot. Please do not abuse this, as you will be banned!

 

- Unlike other leagues, the leaderboard is ordered by a calculation of win/loss ratio multiplied by the number of wins, so losses count against you, and not playing as many matches as others is not a total disadvantage, you can still rock the leaderboard. Please be patient with leaderboard updates, I will make sure to update at least once a day, but keep in mind that I am in the GMT+2 Timezone!

 

Banned cards and glitches:

 

- Amoonguss ND

 

- N full art

 

- Eviolite on a non basic pokemon, meaning you cannot put it on a basic and then evolve it or directly on a non-basic

 

- Junk Arm with 1 card instead of 2

 

- Rocky helmet on self damaging pokemon

 

- Gardevoir's ability on a pokemon not of the psychic type

Do u have to play people who have joined to get the stuff if u win 5 games or 50?

 

 

yes it has to be against someone from the league, and not a random encounter, you have to set it up with them with a 5 second countdown

Quick question u have typlosion, feraligatar, and meganium prime listed twice why?

 

 

I don't know, I copied the primes list from bulbapedia, must've made a mistake, I fixed it now :)

But how are we supposed to verse other Total Players if we can't meet in the same room with them? There's different chat/meet rooms.
